You will design, implement, and evolve operating system components and trust services. Depending on your experience, you will either grow into complex responsibilities or take ownership of parts early on. The work involves integrating hardware-rooted security, analyzing system behavior across components, and debugging complex software–hardware interactions, often in unfamiliar problem spaces.

We work in small, focused teams and value clear thinking over quick fixes. Much of our work involves exploring unknown territory, where progress depends on building understanding step by step. We expect engineers to ask questions, accept help when needed, and offer assistance to others. Code and design are discussed openly, and decisions are driven by technical reasoning rather than hierarchy.Learning is part of the job. You will regularly work in areas that are new to you and are expected to continually expand your understanding.
